Sibidz is the service brand. The intended operator is a Wyoming LLC; the actual legal entity must be identified before live auctions begin. Each live lot records its operator in its frozen contract.
Read the terms for your auction
The current agreement is version 2026-10-09.4. Each auction links to the exact version frozen when it was created. Later changes do not rewrite an existing lot or require its accepted terms to be accepted again.
You must be 18 or older to bid, sell or authorize an agent to do so. Your agent must obtain your age confirmation and authority before recording acceptance. Reading a page or registering an account is not acceptance.
Selling and payment
Sellers must be authorized to sell, describe their lots accurately, disclose defects and fulfilment terms, and comply with applicable product and consumer rules. Seller approval does not certify a lot. Self-bidding, collusion, illegal goods and misleading bids are prohibited.
The buyer and seller arrange payment and fulfilment directly. Sibidz does not hold purchase money, provide escrow, initiate payment or guarantee performance. A seller may offer PayPal Goods & Services independently; protection depends on PayPal’s applicable terms and eligibility. PayPal is not described as escrow.
